چکیده

Research areas : Organic Electronics and Nano-fabrication-Our recent research theme is stretchable & patchable electronics based on polymeric substrates. Differ from other groups, we mainly deals with organic electronics by using UV-curable polymers as flexible substrates-We develop a novel fabrication technique for integrated organic devices on substrates with complex structure. Free-standing polymeric masks with stencil-patterns are fabricated using an ultraviolet (UV) curable materials, and used as shadow masks for thermal evaporation. Based on this technique, we fabricated a number of integrated organic transistors on a cylindrical glass bottle, as well as on a flat silicon wafer.-And also our results have a potential for various applications. We have co-worked with SNU in korea, polymeric membrane with periodic nano-pores could be fabricated.
